Science themes allow students to apply mathematical thinking and reading skills in meaningful units of study. Students make predictions, construct models, carry out experiments, and design scientific investigations (using the scientific method of discovery) about Earth and Space Science, Physical Science, and Life Science. Students use tools such as magnifying glasses, prisms, metric balances, microscopes, and science kits to explore the scientific principles. | |
